Grade 2 listed villa refurbishment into seven apartments

Queens Park Villa, Brighton

Working with property developer Godfrey Investments, we have recently completed the wholesale refurbishment of Queens Park Villa, a stunning Grade II Listed building opposite Queens Park in Brighton.

The building was originally known as Pennant Lodge and was designed by Sir Charles Barry, the Architect of the Houses of Parliament. The original house was completed in 1851. It was converted into poorly designed cellular office space in the 1980s.

Our work has included working closely with the developer on the detailed design and apartment layouts to create seven stunning open plan mansion style apartments, some with double height spaces and mezzanine floors, restoring key original features of this imposing building.
