Airspace addition to 1930s Art Deco block

We gained consent for this single storey airspace addition to a 1930's Art Deco block of flats. Three large penthouses will have expansive views across the English Channel to the south and the Downs to the North. The design is a sensitive and complementary addition that refers to the Art Deco architecture of the original building.
