Two new build homes for Wimbledon developer

Abbott Avenue, Raynes Park, Wimbledon

We secured full planning consent for this site having inherited it with a ten year history of failed planning applications by others. We also saw the project through to completion, working with a Wimbledon based property developer. The design is a positive and contemporary response to a tight brownfield, leftover site and overcomes a number of challenges including adjoining terraces of 1930's housing and two protected trees. A new front courtyard landscape ties the houses together.
